Recently, representatives from the Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem Development (DEIED) project visited the Emergence Lab office and learned in detail about the activities of Roboshikhn.
Present during the visit were Khalada Easmin, Social Specialist, and Md. Auib Ali, Training and Management Specialist of the DEIED project. They discussed technology education, innovation, and the potential for developing young entrepreneurs with the Emergence Lab team.
Practical Application of Hands-On Robotics Education
During the visit, the representatives learned about various robotics and IoT-based innovative projects developed under Roboshikhn. In particular, they observed the RFID attendance device developed by Roboshikhn, which is an effective technological solution for making attendance management easier and more digital in real-life applications.
They also reviewed the robotics learning book “Roboshikhn: Hands-On Robotics.” The book was created to teach robotics to students through real-world projects in simple language. Through this initiative, the new generation is gaining practical knowledge about technology.
From Student Innovation to Real Success
One of the major achievements highlighted was the success of developing RFID attendance devices. Roboshikhn students built a total of 12 RFID attendance devices, and all of these devices have already been successfully sold to 4 organizations.
This achievement proves that hands-on technology education not only develops technical skills among young people but also helps them create real-world solutions and become entrepreneurs.
Expectations for Building a Future Innovation Ecosystem
During the visit, the representatives of the DEIED project and the Emergence Lab team discussed the importance of technology-based education and innovation for the youth of Bangladesh. They also highlighted the potential for creating digital entrepreneurs in the country through STEM education, robotics training, and practical technology development.
Emergence Lab and Roboshikhn will continue working to develop the technological skills and innovative thinking of young people in the future.
This visit has opened new possibilities for building a technology and innovation-driven future in Bangladesh.
