Technology is no longer limited to the pages of books. In today’s world, students are using technology to create real-life solutions to everyday problems. Continuing this trend, one of the talented students from the first batch of Roboshikhn, “Tahmid Zeeshan Ribad,” has made us proud with an impressive achievement.
Tahmid Zeeshan Ribad is currently a ninth-grade student at Bangladesh International School and College, Nirjhar. From an early age, he showed a strong interest in technology and innovation. Driven by this passion, he joined Roboshikhn’s Robotics and IoT course.
Since the beginning, Roboshikhn’s goal has been not only to teach technology but also to empower students to build real-world solutions. Tahmid is a successful example of that vision.
Built a Smart Attendance Device for Schools
Recently, Tahmid developed an IoT-based Smart Attendance Device designed to manage student attendance in a modern and efficient way. The device can collect attendance data and directly connect it with the school’s LMS (Learning Management System). As a result, attendance records can now be managed quickly, accurately, and digitally.
Through this project, he has proven that even a school student can create effective technological solutions for real-world challenges.
From Roboshikhn to Real Projects
From the moment Tahmid joined the Roboshikhn course, his enthusiasm for learning stood out. He started with basic electronics, sensors, Arduino, and programming. Gradually, he moved toward IoT and smart device development.
Today, he has successfully built a functional Smart Attendance Device that can be used in real-life environments and has already been integrated with an LMS system. This is a matter of great pride and joy for us.
